Dr. Gerhardt holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and Organizational Behaviors, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Management. He is an expert in the field of leadership studies and excels in coaching new or inexperienced supervisors and managers who may be struggling to establish themselves in their new roles as leaders at work.
Combined with his approachable teaching and speaking styles, Paul offers tangible and realistic techniques and solutions to problem situations. He also draws on current research and science to examine additional individual facets such as emotional intelligence, personality preferences, productivity, strengths awareness, goals and values and work-life relationships.
